There’s something about posting on a Saturday that makes me feel like a rebel, so I’m doing it again. And whether you’re reading this early in the morning, or later in the day, this mug cake is perfect at any time! It has a great coffee chocolate mixture, and you can’t help but love the marbled presentation at the end. And as you can tell from the brownies I posted yesterday, I love a good marbled look.
This mug cake actually takes a little more effort, using more than just one mug to stir everything together, but I think you’ll make it through. Heck, make it for your dad on Sunday and really impress him (and you’ll get out of trying to find that gift you forget to get him!)
I just love the look of this!!! And it’s pretty tasty to boot!
Happy weekend to you and yours!!!
